Alice is simply a superstar! Not surprising from a World Class Athlete with multiple Gold Medals.
Her approach is clearly the same in all that she does.
Alice completed our Master of Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding Training with exemplary demonstration of all concepts.
She moved on to the HCC Apprentice Program and has performed at the highest level. Alice has gone above and beyond the requirements of the program and provided a detailed narrative summary of each encounter providing her rationale for each code assignment for qualifying HCC categories and indicating both V24 and V28 model mappings.
Frankly, Alice performs at the level of a seasoned HCC coder of the highest level. At this time, she has not yet taken the certification exam, however she should not only be considered immediately but she will not be a “free agent” for long. It is my strong sense that she will be hired by any decision maker that recognizes exceptionaltalent.
